Dr. Albert Lee
Dr. Albert Lee assists patients as President of Indiana Neurology Specialty Care in Lafayette, Indiana. With a focus on headaches and multiple sclerosis, as well as movement and sleep disorders, Dr. Lee has become a leader in his field. For the last five consecutive years, he has earned America's Top Physicians Award.
An award-winning neurologist, Dr. Albert Lee prepared for his career at Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland, where he pursued his degree in medicine. In 1984, Dr. Albert Lee graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. During his academic career, he wrote five papers that were published. He also received an award for his academic achievements in his second year. After completing an internship at Royal Victoria Hospital, also located in Belfast, Dr. Lee completed his residency at several different hospitals. He worked as Senior House Officer of Internal Medicine and Registrar of the Cardiology Department at Queen's University and as Registrar of Neurology at Guy's Hospital/Brook General Hospital. He then went on to practice internal medicine at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, New York. In 1994, after completing a residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, Dr. Albert Lee received certification from the American Board of Neurology.
Dr. Albert Lee is a member of various medical associations, including the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Indiana State Medical Association, Mayo Alumni Association, Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom, and the Queen's University Alumni Association. In addition to overseeing Indiana Neurology Specialty Care, Dr. Lee offers free service to patients who would otherwise be unable to afford health care and accepts referrals from community health clinics.
